- Indian Monsoon Coffee owes its incredible flavor and amazing aroma to the monsooning process. It involves subjecting natural coffee beans to the influence of moist winds from the Arabian Sea. We roast the coffee beans using the traditional method in a drum roaster to preserve their natural character. Monsoon coffee is distinguished by its low acidity, very mild flavor with notes of caramel and chocolate. It is excellent for all types of espresso machines and traditional brewing.
